The loggia can accommodate up to 40 people for business dinners, tourist groups, and conferences. We can accommodate any need.


Our tasting menus range from traditional cuisine with a modern twist to contemporary cuisine. Our philosophy is to research and respect organic ingredients and Slow Food Presidium ingredients.

The menu changes according to seasonality and product availability.

Our chef Simone's motto is:

"we are what we eat."

Its philosophy is based on a “circular” and “natural” cuisine with particular attention to raw materials.

This natural cuisine is a daily practice with the use of whole ingredients, enhancing every part of the product and minimizing waste.

Each element of the dish has a story and a reason for being used and his dishes are examples of how cooking can be an art that respects and celebrates nature where organic and zero-mile products are privileged and in the constant search for ever-higher quality.


All this is not a trend but represents a true philosophy of life.

Her passion is the search for wild herbs and edible flowers. These elements not only enrich her dishes with unique flavors but also add nutritional value.

The personal garden behind the restaurant is a true open-air laboratory that not only provides the freshest ingredients but also serves as a place of continuous experimentation, where new ideas and flavor combinations are born.


Simone manages to change the perspective on tradition also through the use of different food consistencies, whether it's a simple dish or an elaborate preparation, and each creation is designed to surprise and delight the palate.

This passion ensures that each dish is not only a masterpiece of flavors but also a tribute to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The dedication with which the ingredients are enhanced and the search for new flavor combinations demonstrate how it is possible to create innovative cuisine without losing touch with traditional roots.

“Bread, love and sympathy!”

The restaurant is charming and welcoming, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and the food is excellent. I've dined here twice and tried the first courses (the tagliatelle with wild boar was excellent), the ribollita (very good), and the tagliata. The bread with homemade olive oil, served to everyone before the meal, was excellent. Prices are in line with the local average.

“Lunch out of town”

I was there on May 1st during a trip to Chianti. We had an excellent lunch of Tuscan specialties accompanied by a delicious Chianti Gallo Nero, typical of the area. The welcome was fantastic. The place is truly beautiful, and the three-sided glass window offers a breathtaking view. I will definitely be back.
